How to Lodge a Complain

Please follow the below given steps to lodge a complain against your particular univeristy:

  • Log in to your helpdesk account 
  • Go to "Submit a Ticket" 
  • Select the option "Univeristy"
  • Select the province of your main campus of univeristy
  • Select the univeristy name from the drop down menu
  • Click on "NEXT"
  • Select your registartion number, campus and department 
  • Select the category to "Grievance" 
  • Choose the grievance type and enter subject and message body
  • Submit the ticket by entering "Submit"

Asset is not assigned to this ticket and all the students of phase 5 merit list are not selected in DA account thats why asset is not assigning.
kindly resolve this issue.
