How to Lodge a Complain

Please follow the below given steps to lodge a complain against your particular univeristy:

  • Log in to your helpdesk account 
  • Go to "Submit a Ticket" 
  • Select the option "Univeristy"
  • Select the province of your main campus of univeristy
  • Select the univeristy name from the drop down menu
  • Click on "NEXT"
  • Select your registartion number, campus and department 
  • Select the category to "Grievance" 
  • Choose the grievance type and enter subject and message body
  • Submit the ticket by entering "Submit"

Asset is not assigned to this ticket and all the students of phase 5 merit list are not selected in DA account thats why asset is not assigning.
kindly resolve this issue.

The transport system of University of Gujrat Hafiz Hayat Campus is very poor. The buses of our University are not sufficient even mostly seats in buses are not enough for students and transport students like cattles from one place to another and alot of accidents occur almost daily due to this conditions. Kindly pay your attention towards this issue of our University or take steps to make them improve their transport system.
