Please follow the below given steps to lodge a complain against your particular univeristy:

• Log in to your helpdesk account 
• Go to "Submit a Ticket" 
• Select the option "Univeristy"
• Select the province of your main campus of univeristy
• Select the univeristy name from the drop down menu
• Click on "NEXT"
• Select your registartion number, campus and department 
• Select the category to "Grievance" 
• Choose the grievance type and enter subject and message body
• Submit the ticket by entering "Submit"

Follow the instructions below to check the status of your application:

Step 1: Open URL: http://pmnls.hec.gov.pk/student_details.php

Step 2: Select your University City, University, Campus and Department then Click on Filter Result to populate the list of applied student.

Step 3: Enter your Full name in Search Box to view the status of your application.

Only those students who registered themselves in the previous Prime Minister's National laptop scheme but didn't receive their laptop will be eligible to Update Profile.

Step 1:

Open the link http://pmnls.hec.gov.pk and Select your city and university and enter your CNIC to access your information.

Step 2:

Click on Update.

Note:

•    Any change of email request will NOT be entertained.
•    In case you forgot your personal email password , see general instructions.
•    In case you forgot the password of helpdesk portal, you can retrieve it by using FORGET Option.

Step3:

Click on Update Academic Profile and fill the form completely.

Note: You will be allowed to update your academic details only ONCE so, please enter your correct information. Once you click on Submit, you will NOT be able to access this option again.

if you cannot find Your relevant department/Degree Program then contact focal person of the university to add and update.

Update All Academic Data of your Profile as on 30th June 2016, as per the policy of Prime Minister's National Laptop Scheme (Passed exam i.e Annual/Semester).

Then, Click Submit to update your profile.
